Upon arrival, the skipper will run through the safety procedures and familiarise clients with the boats layout before setting sail.
A decision will be made with regard to the type of fishing, taking into account the weather, tide, time of year, experience of the clients generally and any other issues relevant at the time.
The first task therefore, is to fish for the bait required such as mackerel, sand eels, scad and garfish before moving onto the fishing ground.
The type of fishing may vary throughout the day, which will depend on how well the ground is fishing and the consensus of the clients onboard.
Please note: Sensible shoes and clothing should be worn. Sun block and hats are strongly recommended. Tea and coffee is provided but clients need to bring their own cold drinks and packed lunch.
By giving 24 hour notice, lunch by top outside caters can be arranged onboard (this will be particular beneficial for corporate bookings). Menu can be discussed on booking.
